The octad sacred geometry with its eight sides is considered very auspicious and as the two opposite forces work with each other they bring happiness and harmony, it also indicates complete balance and perfection. The reference of the symbol octad has been since ages in history with the Moghuls referring it to the eight sections of paradise and the Buddhists connecting it to the eight auspicious symbols of good luck.As the two sacred geometry over lapping squares form the shape of diamond, both have opposite properties. Like the Tao symbol of yin and yang the symbol of shape square brings about stability and is also a symbol representing the element earth in feng shui.
